On receiving the data, make certain inputs, like rain moisture and more only then it becomes the official forecast, not what I have send to you. If the model change it's its mind I have to change my forecast. This winter so far the models have been wrong in the medium term 60% of the time, nothing that I can do about that. Just remember, you live there and with time you learn and observe a lot that I can not see. The final report is the one that you send out!!
